Fluffy snowflakes are floating down, winter has arrived! On Friday night Tom and I pulled out our skates for the first time since Christmas 2006. We enjoyed the festive atmosphere, along with hundreds of others, at a skating rink in downtown Toronto.
I finished my first semester of classes just over a week ago, BUT I'm not on holidays yet. I have been stuck in front of my computer writing term papers. I have one more to pump out before December 17th and then I'll be on holidays and have finished one third of my program! Holiday plans include: cross-country skiing, skating, Christmas baking, visiting with friends, make Christmas tree decorations, Christmas with Don and Tanya, New Year's with Kevan and Jodi, exploring Toronto, make a craft or two ... If you have anything to add to this list I love to hear your suggestions.

Awesome!! We have yet to pull out our skates since it has been very cold so far this winter. However the forcast is calling for some warmer weather, so hopefully we will be able to do the same over the next couple days. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas!!
