We had an awesome ski on Boxing Day with Tanya and Don. The snow was abundant and the temperatures were just right to make this a perfect day to be outside gliding through the forest.This is Tom and my first ski since winter 2006/2007! It was a great start to the ski season. Unfortunately warm temperatures and rain since yesterday and continuing today are not making skiing very likely over the next couple of days.
I love this wintry scene, especially the way the snow, ice and water blend into each other.

WOW!! This looks awesome! I have so wanted to go skiing. Our snow would be fantastic for it right now. Although the next couple of days are supposed to be around +8 degrees, so the fluffy snow may not last long.
