It's daylight savings today. Tom says that we can choose when we want to spend the extra hour of the day. I decided to use my hour in the morning before church. I swept the floor, did some laundry, put away the dishes, and had a shower all so that I could have a leisurely afternoon after church. Then Tom and I hopped on our bikes are rode to church. When we rode into the church parking lot we found that people were leaving the church, getting in their cars, and driving away. Hmm, that's weird, I thought. That's when I realized that I had not only spent my one hour but I actually spent TWO. Church had started and finished. This explained why I was so productive this morning. Without even going into the church to be sure of the time Tom and I sheepishly got back on our bikes and rode home.
